The data controller is Neuron Thunder, S.A. (operating the Kylmat brand), registered office at [MORADA], company no. [NIPC]. For any personal-data matter: geral@kylmat.com.
Through the registration form: name, mobile number, email, municipality, TVDE licence status (CMTVDE), years holding a driving licence, TVDE experience, availability, an optional message and, if you tell us, how you heard about Kylmat. We also record the language you chose, the origin of your visit (the link parameter you arrived through, e.g. a group or an ad), the date/time of registration and the version of this policy you accepted. For security, your IP address is stored only in irreversibly hashed form, never in the clear. The hosting server also keeps technical access logs with IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.
We use your data to: (a) recruit and manage the driver waiting list — contact you, assess your profile, schedule an interview and, if you proceed, prepare the pre-agreement and contract. Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6(1)(b)); (b) evaluate recruitment channels (which channels bring candidates) — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)), with aggregable origin data; (c) site security (logs, IP hashing, anti-spam) — legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.
When you register, the system performs an initial automatic triage (e.g. whether you already hold a CMTVDE) solely to order the contact list. No decision about your application is made solely by automated means: assessment and decisions are always made by a person at Kylmat.
We keep your data for 12 months after the last contact. After that it is automatically deleted or anonymised (we keep only non-identifying statistics). If you withdraw consent earlier, we delete immediately, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. If you proceed to a contract, your data becomes governed by that contractual relationship.
We do not disclose your data to third parties for their own purposes. The site and database are hosted by DreamHost (USA), acting as a processor. This international transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (art. 46(2)(c) GDPR), incorporated in the provider's data processing addendum (DPA) — copy available on request at geral@kylmat.com.
At any time you may: access your data, correct it, request erasure, request portability, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent (without affecting processing carried out until then). Just write to geral@kylmat.com — we reply within 30 days at most. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Portuguese CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, cnpd.pt).
This site uses only one technical cookie (kylmat_lang), which stores your chosen language for 1 year. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies — which is why there is no consent banner to click.
The connection to the site is always encrypted (HTTPS). Database access is authenticated and restricted, IPs are stored only as hashes, and internal access to records is password-protected. In the event of a data breach posing a risk to you, we will notify you and the CNPD as legally required.
If we change this policy, the new version is published here with a new date. Your registration records the version you accepted.
