How it is calculated: net billing = km × fare ÷ (1+VAT) × (1−commission). The Kylmat driver deducts the rent, energy and only half the tolls (Kylmat pays the other half). The car owner deducts energy or fuel, the full tolls, maintenance, individual TVDE insurance, the loan instalment (with a down payment and a private interest rate, above a fleet rate), an accident provision and the mandatory accounting under the new law. To access Comfort, the electric car must be mid-to-high range (Tesla Model 3/Y, BYD Seal, Volvo EX30); a budget electric such as the Renault Zoe only does UberX, just like combustion.
